Refund Policy
Effective November 2, 2026
If Overlook isn't right for you, you can get your money back. This policy covers Overlook Pro and Overlook Plus bought on overlookcam.app. Website orders are sold through Link, Stripe's merchant of record service, which processes refunds. (For purchases in the iPhone app, Apple handles refunds: see reportaproblem.apple.com.)
14 days, no questions asked
- Overlook Pro (one-time purchase): a full refund if you ask within 14 days of buying it.
- Overlook Plus (monthly or yearly subscription): a full refund of any payment, the first one or a renewal, if you ask within 14 days of that payment.
You don't need to give a reason.
How to ask for a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or include your order number (it's on your receipt). Or
- sign in at link.com with the email you bought with (it's on your receipt from Link) and request a refund for the order there.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. They're usually processed within a few days; your bank may take up to 10 business days to show it.
What happens after a refund
- Pro: the license is deactivated on all your devices, and Overlook goes back to the free version.
- Plus: the subscription ends straight away, along with its Pro features and cloud backup. Your cloud recordings are kept for 30 days so you can download them, then deleted (as for any Plus subscription that ends).
After 14 days
You can cancel Plus at any time from your account page; it stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Payments older than 14 days aren't normally refunded, but if something went wrong (a technical problem we couldn't fix, or a charge you didn't expect), write to us and we'll look at it. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law where you live, including any statutory right of withdrawal.
Bought in the iPhone or iPad app?
Purchases made through Apple's App Store are sold by Apple, and refunds go through Apple: see reportaproblem.apple.com.
