Questions
Is my footage uploaded?
Not with Free or Pro: footage plays in your browser from your drive. With Plus, only the recordings you back up are uploaded, to private storage only you (and people you send a link to) can see.
Can I try Plus first?
Yes. Sign in and start a free 14-day trial with 5 GB of cloud storage and every Pro feature. No card is needed; if you don’t choose a plan, the trial simply ends and your cloud recordings are kept for 30 days.
I already bought Pro. Is Plus cheaper for me?
Yes. Pro owners get $20 off their first year of Plus.
What happens if I cancel Plus?
You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for. After that your cloud recordings are kept for 30 days so you can download them, then deleted. Pro features stay if you also own Pro.
